I reached out to Combell hosting through my school and have been using their web hosting for more than three years. With the new 'File manager' feature, uploading files has never been simpler, and managing them right on the server is a breeze. I messed up my renewal, shot them an email, and after showing proof of my student status, I got a quick response and my site was back up in no time.

I recently started playing around with their new site builder (called Sitebuilder, how handy). The user interface is fantastic, the experience is smooth, and the designs are powerful. Just what I was looking for!

They took over from another company and then sent out invoices that they claim ended up in spam. On Easter Monday, a public holiday in Belgium, they cut off my EU domain registration and sent me an email about an unpaid invoice. I paid within minutes of getting the only email I ever received from them. Now, they’re demanding an extra 44.40€ for late payment (which is zero working days) on a 44.77€ invoice I settled yesterday for a one-year EU domain renewal. I refuse to pay the fine and have requested a refund for the instant transfer of 44.77€ for the renewal I completed yesterday. I’m planning to register a new domain elsewhere. This feels like a scam, especially over the Easter long weekend... Just waiting for my refund so I can finish my paperwork to file an official complaint at the EU level.

This is an excellent hosting deal, with solid technical services and support. The sales team really pays attention to what customers need. The hosting dashboard and tools for agencies are fantastic. I totally recommend it 200%!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a domain registrar. There’s zero support available; I’ve tried reaching out via email and chat, but they just ghosted me. They even ended the chat without any explanation. Now, I’m trying to get a refund since they didn’t register the domain I needed, and I’m still waiting for a reply. Seriously, steer clear of this place—definitely feels like a scam.

Quick assistance. Speedy hosting. User-friendly control panel. Simple to handle. Yeah, it ain't the lowest price, but you know what they say: if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys! And for those who doubt these are 'fake' reviews? Just give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

First off, I reckon a lot of the 5-star reviews are questionable or misleading... I don’t wanna come off as biased, though, so here’s my take after two years with them. Their prices are pretty steep, especially when it comes time to renew your hosting. But hey, it’s not all bad; the server is quite speedy (used to be even quicker), especially if you’re located in Belgium. I can’t really comment on their tech support since I’ve never had to reach out to them. If you’re like me and prefer not to move your domain to them, you’ll have to manually adjust the DNS settings.

The assistance from the technical support crew is top-notch!
